Unwanted Items

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. Some products are exempt, and cannot be returned after processing of your order has begun. Please see the list of exempt items under the Items Exempt from Return point.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. Pro Archery Ltd. will refund you within 30 days, with the value of the original item(s), but we are unable to refund the original delivery cost(s).

Items Exempt from Return:

  • Items worn, used or not in their original new condition.

  • Pre-ordered items.

  • Goods made to your specifications, including manufacturers modifications to your request.


Warranty

We are proud of our products, and believe in serving you with only the best quality. Our products are coming with a standard 6 month warranty, to cover all defects, which are not comming from the misuse of the product. If you experience any problems with your items within 6 month, after the goods were delivered to you, please get in touch with us, and we are happy to help!

Returns Procedure

If you have any issues or problems with your order, please call us direct on +44 1604 245 816 or send us an email to info@pro-boss.com so we can assist.

 If you have a faulty product still under the manufacturer’s warranty, or wish to return any unwanted items to us, please follow the steps as set out below:

  1. Call us first, we are here to help.

  2. We will discuss the best method of return and email your confirmation. 

  3. After steps one and two have been completed, send the product back to us, following our previous discussion. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability.

  4. If it is the return of unwanted items, we will refund you within 30 days the value of the original order. If the items require warranty service we will handle the claim under the guidelines of the manufacturer''s warranty.


Note About UK Shipping Costs:

  • If your item arrived faulty or you have a warranty case (within the warranty period), we will sort out the return of the item, you have nothing to worry about.

  • In case you wish to return an unwanted item (within 7 days), you''ll be responsible for the shipping cost.
