Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase is easy. If you are a first time buyer, please set up an account with us, so your shipping derails and order history will be available for your convenience. Anyone can register as a commercial customer, following the automated registration procedure.
Once your registration is confirmed, you can start browsing the webshop, select items to be but into your cart, and proceed to checkout, where you’’ll be prompted to complete the payment, throughout a secured payment method (our partner for the maximum protection of our customers is PayPal™)
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We reserve the right not to fulfil any orders received. This is to protect us in the case of mistakes, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Should we cancel your order for any reason, we will contact you immediately, and will issue a full refund for the purchase in subject.
Age Restricted Products:
Any age restricted product will be clearly described as such on the product page for that item. By placing an order for a product where an age restriction warning is displayed, you are confirming that you are over the required age.
Warning: It is an offence to attempt to buy an age restricted product if you are under age or to attempt to purchase one on behalf of someone else who is under age.
As a responsible retailer, we want to make sure all of our age restricted products are sold only to those of appropriate age. In addition to clearly labelling all our age restricted products we also carry out age verification checks and keep a database of refusals. If we are unable to get a positive ID match we may contact you for further information.
UK Standard Shipping Times:
We aim to maximum customer satisfaction, therefor all single item purchases are dispatched within 24 hours of the time of purchase (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) with standard 48 hours courier service. Please allow 3-4 days to your item to arrive. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your parcel tracking number.
If you have not received your parcel by then, please contact us with your order number and we will track the delivery for you.
UK Pre-order Shipping Times:
For goods only available for pre-order, the expected shipping time is 2-3 weeks, due to our back ordering procedure. In case one or more selected items are only available for pre-order in a single transaction, all goods will the dispatched when the last pre-ordered product becomes available for shipping. We will keep you updated throughout the pre-order stage. Once your goods are ready for shipment we will dispatch your complete order with standard 48 hours courier service. Please allow 3-4 days to your item to arrive. Once your goods are dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your parcel tracking number.
If you have not received your parcel by then, please contact us with your order number and we will track the delivery for you.
International Shipping:
In standard cases we only ship within the UK. If you wish to ship your goods internationally, please get in touch with us, so we can help you organizing the shipment. (Please read the related Tax Charges section)
Back Orders:
Items which are not in stock are clearly marked. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
EU Trade Customers:
Pro Archery Ltd. is the official distributor of the Pro Boss™ Layered Foam Target products, and as such, we welcome trade customers. Please get in touch with us, if you wish to retail our products. As a retailer you have to be VAT registered, and register yourself through our web portal. For trade customers, registration will go through our internal approval process, to ensure your details are correct.
Tax Charges:
For commercial orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other (non EU) orders are VAT free. In case you wish to order VAT free, You will be liable for all import duties and local taxes, so please check with your customs office if you have any questions related to this.
